Can tony Re-burn a bully dog chip?

Does any one know if TW reburns Bully dog chips ? ive heard from some people he can and from some that he cant so if some one can clarify that for me it would be great.

I "Forgot" all the stories I heard after he brought his air compressor over to my house last month.

Nope. When was this? Must have been Saturday when I was dropping off old oil. Otherwise.. I haven't driven it it weeks.
