96 7.3 started running clean all of a sudden

I have a 1996 7.3 with a Edge Evolution Chip, 4" exhaust, and S&B Cold Air intake. When I first installed the chip I could roll solid black coal on the "Extreme" setting with WOT fuel set at 1:20. Now I can hardly blow coal with WOT set at 1:40.

I seriously used to be able to shut down intersections and make priuses disappear. Now I just get really light smoke. About 5% of what I used to get.

The power of the truck seems to still be at 100%. Are my injectors going bad?

Just a warning, rolling coal is a touchy subject around here.

But, to be relevant, how does the fuel filter look? What size injectors?

Yea Im not one of those guys who wants to roll coal. Im just wondering what caused it to stop. Ill check the FF.

Injectors are stock. And I know stock injectors usually don't bow coal but for some reason mine did and now they don't.

Seems like your turbo is finally spooling properly, throw a bag over the intake it should roll coal again

I did have a small exhaust leak on my Y pipe that I fixed. That must be it.

I've never seen an OBS 7.3 with stock injectors be able to smoke much. I have stage 1's in mine so that's a different story, but I try to run clean.

Watching this thread. Don't start any bashing or it will be closed down.

To the OP, I don't understand why one would want to black out a intersection. This is another reason why the EPA is all over us.
