I paid 11.5k for my 97 F350 CCLB, absolutely flawless truck with 157k, looks better than new except for carpet. Not a real great deal but these are rare trucks to see in super clean shape, yours sounds like its in the same category. I'd ask about any trans work if its an auto. Mine is a 4x4 auto, but also LB and D60 and For almost one year and 11k miles I have averaged 16.3mpg. I seriously track my mileage and fuel up at the same station every time. Highest tank average was 18.2 last October, fill-up a couple days ago was 16.9, worst was 13.9 in January snow.

Got piks, ask about any and all work done, look for leaks back front and top of motor, I love my ccsb, but I wanted a long bed shortly after I got it, so I have both now
