Ugh, Smoke/haze from the dipstick tube is normal. Since the dipstick is slightly blown out of the tube can mean mostly two different things. Best case scenario is that your CCV is plugged and you need to clean it out. Worst case is that you have excessive piston blowby and at least one of the slugs is not holding pressure on the power stroke. The CCV fix is easy, the blowby is not. I wish you luck on it being the CCV.
