Question looks like a scam to me, what do you think?

My friend found this on ebay. It seems like a scam or a little POS supercharger for $60. Its so cheap I was going to buy it for ****s z gigles. Should I try it out? eBay Motors: Electric Supercharger. All Makes! All Models. HP Turbo (item 370035455497 end time Apr-01-08 22:08:57 PDT)

Yeah I would say it wouldn't be beneficial. My guess is it would restrict the natural flow of air if anything
