Rear end

Hi so I have a 95 E350 cutaway, It recently just chewed up a break drum adjuster and in the process of doing that the pads, and some of the other internals...I also need a new U joint on the rear end, one of my strut mounts on the axle is looking a little warn and I in general hate the drum breaks, and really am not a big fan of the open rear end. So I was wondering what it might be a good option for a realitivly strait forward swap/where to start looking for something like that.

I want a rear end with out an open diff, and disk brakes.

Swap in a super duty cab and chassis rear end, Dana 80 iirc, disk brakes, or an f-superduty same set up but really low gears

Will that work? It was my understanding that the Truck frame was narrower than the van...

What's your spring perch width, and is yours currently a dually? Kause a cab and chassis perch width is like 42" iirc, not sure how much narrower you could be
