rough idle after reaching operating temperature

just got a 97f350. i think it needs glow plugs, it can be hard to start and puff out a little white smoke but after that it runs and idles pretty good. but then if you drive it for 15 minutes or so it starts idling a little rough, it kind of has a little lope to it, and it will also cut out a little bit upon acceleration. any ideas?

sounds like injector issues to me. possibly just the O-rings. by the way its not glow plugs because they are not necessary for it to start when its warm outside. bad injector O-rings can cause hard starts, smoke, rough idle, and make it just plain not run right. id start there
