Question rusted brake lines :/

Well it seems like my brake lines are corroded really bad and need to be replaced. Iv never done brakes of any sort of trucks or cars, im more of a motorcycle guy. If i got the lines from an auto store, how hard would it be to install them on a f250 heavy duty 7.3 PSD . Is this something that I can do in a matter of minutes or hours in the drive way or would i need a lift to get under in tight places? It looked like an easy job from lookin down the hood but i dont want to get into something I cant finish. What do you guys think?
