PMF 2.25 rsk

I have this sexy piece of welded up metal sitting in the shop along with some V code springs for the front end. I was just playing around looking at pics on the web and found something saying that this kit will not work with my Hypermax intercooler. Please tell me this is not true. Anybody know?

1996 F250 crew cab. Hypermax intercooler, Gearhead tunes, 4" exhaust, 6637 intake, Autometer gauges, Dana 60, 6.0 cooling fan, Built e40d, Firestone airbags, Full Force stage ones more to come. SOLD

2003 7.3 F250 Lariat. Mostly stock.

With this kit, you can bolt on our conversion hangers using existing holes in your frame and clear all factory bumper mounts and components. For trucks that are wanting to install an intercooler, we have designed the kit with optional bolt locations to allow proper clearance for most intercoolers. For this installation configuration, you will need to drill two additional holes per side

Taken right from PMF website. Looks like I answered my own question

Hopefully mine is one of the "most"

Brad, hacking up a diesel radiator support for an IC install gives me the willies. I like how you spot welded around your clearancing cuts. Do you have pics how you did this? I looked in your album but didn't find any.

Denton, TX

I envy those that know exactly which modification to make and in the most logical of sequences. But not enough to trade for my meanderings and misfires.

1996 F250 crew cab/short bed, 4x4, auto PSD, 6637 air filter, interior grab handles, stainless window vents, remote door locks work with engine running mod.

I didnt weld anything around my clearanceing cuts. I only welded and gusseted the top bar where it was cracked
But I did take my time with a jig saw and a die grinder and a sanding wheel to make the clearancing cuts

Looking for Blue 40-20-40 seats. PM me !!!!!!!
