well after lurking and searching i have found my dream truck. 96 CCLB lifted on 44s (wasnt looking for a lifted truck but found one) current owner says is has a dana 60 front diff. being a ford tech i have all the veterans to thank for their knowledge and im bringing the ford scanner to make sure every thing is kosher. what do you guys think?

Looks like an F350, so it should have a D60 from the factory. Standard or automagic transmission? And what gears?

Looks like a nice truck.

Nice tuxedo two-tone. CCLB is an F350 by definition, thus a Dana 60 solid axle. That's some serious cutting on the fenders. With tires that size, it better have four-tens.

Your going to at least want 4.56 or 4.88 with tires that big but not going to get them as a factory option. hope the person who built it regeared or thats gonna suck to drive that rig. very nice lookin tho. also another thing to think about is that when it needs tires your going yo apend a small fortune on new ones if you stick to 44s your loking at a minimim of 2grand in rubbers.

Good price for the miles. Probably got more miles on it due to the tire size than 168. But depends on how long he been running huge tires.

And yeah. You're right about hacked fenders
