What the .....?

It may just be ne. But, this thing seems to have the strangest wiring I have ever seen. I got the reverse lights tied into the cruise control part. Now, I just discovered that the dome light is tied to the speed/odometer.

I been rewiring the overhead console and changed the dome light and map lights. The new dome light has a short and it took out the speedo and odometer the other day. A little investigation and a new fuse, everything was back to normal.

It got me to wondering, what other strange quirks do these trucks have and maybe we should have a sticky thread somewhere to help folks out with it.

Well that's interesting. I'm not really sure, but you are right it would be good to know.
