question about my turbo

is it stock my turbo is a garrett 1.10 a/r , my uncle says that is not a stock turbo watt do you guys think in in a 1997 f350 7.3L turbo diesel cure cab long bed

Thought they were 1.15 ar stock iirc, but only upgrades I e ever heard of a the sd .84, and the 1.0 quick spool

I think your uncle is wrong. For me thats the Stock Turbo.

The question is, what do you want to do as far as power? There are many options, and it really all depends on how far you plan to go.

If you are staying with the OE injectors and HPOP, a 1.0 or .84 exhaust housing might be the dealio, or a WW2.

atm all stock im getting stage 2-3 cold air intake 3"downpipe 4" exost my goal is to get 350HP and 700foot tork in my truck with as much MPG as possible on a 5k budget also wana make my truck last a long time with the original engine wana prouve dodge fans wrong about ford =P
