Time for a rebuild?

I think I'm going to be rebuilding my block... I was driving home yesterday and the truck died at a stop light and fired right up but ran rough. I drove the 1/4mi home and popped the hood to see what was going on. When I opened the oil cap it literally blew right out of my hand. The motor blew smoke out of the oil fill before but now it has a much more pronounced pulse to the smoke. I checked the ccv and its puffing smoke also so no clog there. So this am I pulled the vc's to make sure everything was in good order, found nothing on the vc or uvch was broken, or melted and all the injectors are oiling. The injectors are new full force stage 1's, new vc's and uvch, new glow plugs, gpr, hpop, IPR, ICP, and CPS. No ses light or anything came on either. There's oil coming from every possible place too, oil dip stick, uvch plugs, valve covers....

The truck idles rough but smooths out in higher rpm's. It's blowing white/blue smoke out the exhaust that does not clear up like it used to on initial start up. I was going to do a comp test today but I wasn't able to find a comp tester that would work on it locally.

I shot a quick vid to show the blow by.
