d60 brake mounts

anybody ever tried to swap caliper mounts on a d60? I have kingpin axle with slidepin caliper mounts and am curious if I can swap the bolt on caliper mounts from a newer axle like my 94 ttb that the 60 will be replacing after I regear

Not going to happen. The mounts are part of the spindle. The spindle is either king pin or ball joint. The king pin only come with pin on caliper. The ball joint come in either pin on or bolt on, they can be swapped but not the king pin and ball joint

Actually if you pull the spindle off the knuckle you can get caliper mount off just not sure if spindle bolt patterns would be the same to swap caliper mounts

The spindles are interchangeable between d60s but the KNUCKLE is where the caliper mounts.

You can NOT use a 94 knuckles(ball joint, pin on calipers)on the king pin axle(king pin, pin on calipers)

The caliper mount separates from the knuckle on the one I have In the garage. I don't want to change knuckle just the caliper mount

The calipers mount to the knuckles, therefore I gather that he is asking if he can swap TTB knuckles or other onto his KPD60
