Addicted? I think so!

New to the forum and to powerstrokes. Picked up this gem for 3400 about 3 weeks ago, needed something to tow my 5th wheel. 94 PSD Eclb 5 speed 185k miles runs like a champ.Addicted? I think so!-1370548733838.jpg
Since then did the 6637 DIY intake, straight pipe stock exhaust, window tint.

Then about a week ago I went to check out a 94 PSD F350 CCLB 4x2 5 speed with only 84k original miles! Guy said he couldn't get it started. Only drove it about 1000 miles a year. Replaced the glow plugs, tried either:thumbdown:, still couldn't get it running. Picked it up for a steal only $1200! Came with a camper and 5th wheel tailgate

My goal now is to get the CC running and sell the EC to a buddy of mine. I've been reading the "common no start" thread to try and figure this thing out. It cranks over, no smoke out the tailpipe, speedo moves, swapped IDM. Checked the HPOP right b4 it got dark and it was low, real low. Thought about filling it up and cranking it again to see if that does anything.

Put a battery charger on it to make sure it has enough voltage, check the oil level too.
