instrament cluster lights

I just noticed last night that 1/2 of my odometer readout is darker than the other 1/2. Is there a fix for this? Or am i gonna have to wait for it to go completly dark, and replace the cluster.

There are lightbulbs. You may have a couple that have gone out. I would remove the cluster and check the bulbs. You should be able to get the bulbs at a local parts store.

Yeah, there are some small light bulbs that light up the dash. Remove the trim piece to gain access to the gauge cluster.

Stock bulbs are 194s. Go to an electrical supply house to buy the bulbs, much cheaper than the auto parts store.

I put 168s in my cluster. The 168s are 1W brighter than the 194s. I think you will need around 16 bulbs to change all.
