my cruise quit working, any ideas? I think the fuses are good...

Kinda curious to your solution. Mine has been out for a little while and haven't had time to bother with it. Fuses are good on mine.

Do your brake lights work alright? Cause you might have an issue with your brake switch

Ive even seen a few trucks with dirty brake light sockets or shorted bulbs cause the problem too

that suxs that the u lost it! i would be lost with out my cc

There's a pressure switch on the end of the brake master cylinder that cancels the CC if you hit the brakes. Mine failed recently and CC did not work. Mine was leaking brake fluid up through the switch where the harness plugs in. You can get the new switch at the dealer, 1L1Z-9F924-AA. Mine was $12. I've also read that any burned out brake light will do it, even the 3rd on the back of the cab.

all my lights work , I'll check that switch... cruise was working and all of a sudden it quit... I used it alot on long hauls to the race track...

It's usually the pressure switch on the MC. They tend to leak. The recall mentioned was on 150's and epeditions, and maybe some newer trucks, but the problem is the same. It was just a fire hazard on some vehicles.
