None of the old body styles had lights on the dash. I had a 95 with the same problem and the switches were bad in the steering wheel. They aren't very expensive and very easy to install. Hope you get it fixed. I use the cruise all the time on my 04.

Mine does the same thing, I was told that it might be the contact reel wiring harness. I had it looked at and they got some erratic readings, but ford says that hte harness is part of the whold dash harness.

Cruise control help needed please!!

Hey wondering if you can help? I have a 03 350 superduty psd and i just installed a Factory cruise kit but i can not find out where the wires connect for the brake cut out switch (micro switch that touches brake pedal arm) which i had to install? The instructions say to locate a 2 wire connector by the master cyl and fender well and splice in there but none to be found. I am attaching instructions. Thanks for any help.
