Intermittent battery light

I was towing a 9,000lb trailer or so on Monday. Accelerating to get on the highway I noticed my battery light start flickering on the dash. It was flickering fast for about 2-3min and then went off it did this once or twice more throughout the trip (kept it under 55mph the entire time and it showed normal charging). Hadn't had any problems, then last night driving without a load on the hwy it started doing it again (about 65mph) then went solid then turned back off. I have not had time to check both battery connections to make sure they're tight. My dash gauge shows its charging in the 12-13v range and no sudden jumps or anything. It's still starting fine and the batteries are fairly new. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Mine has been doing that for about a year. Had both batteries and alternator tested good. Still starts great and runs good. about 14v when im cruising i have kinda ruled it down to the wires on top of the alternator having an intermittent short but still not positive. Truck runs great so i just ignore it
