Rear sway bar

Picked up a new to me 1997 F350 CCLB SRW 4x4. Rear end has a sway bar. Thinking about it, I dont recall ever seeing one like that before. Was that a factory option or aftermarket? Axle code on door is C5 if that matters. But I have had C5s before with no swaybar

I _think_ the swaybar was part of the Ford Factory Tow package. Non stock tow packages didn't have the sway bar.
