Only using RP gear oil in the truck right now. But plan to run RP oil in the car, when it is done.

I bought my gear oil from this place......

I was also planning on this for my next change. I have their syncromax for my gearbox and transfer case, just waiting for a chance to install...

It's a fine oil just don't run extended intervals with a product with moly in it.

Moly is a graphite like product that crystalizes and can clog filters and oil passages. it's a great racing oil but I wouldn't use it in a PSD.

Keep in mind I am also a Dealer for RP as well as schaeffers which is also a moly product.

28.00 a gallon is WAY to high for RP

I have a 97 psd. What oil do you recommend for it. I am running Rotella 15/40. Seems like it does get black rather early after changing.
