disconnecting EGPV

How do you disconnect the EBPV on a 1997 Powerstroke ??

on the driver's side there is a bundle of wiring that goes on the block. the wire splits. one way connects to the valve cover and the other goes behind the turbo. the wire that goes to the back of the turbo has a connector under the front side of the turbo itself, simply disconnect it right there.
