Some questions and observations on my first PSD

Well, I pick up my PSD on Friday and got a couple of questions. But first, I got 18 MPG leaving Reno, then going over a 7000 ft. pass and then picking up an empty trailer weighing about 2,000 lbs for the final 170 miles of a 270 mile trip using 15 gallons. This is beyond what I expected. But!! I never went over 2000 rpm and the speedo looks off by at least 3 mph compared to what my GPS was telling me. Will the discrepancy in the speedo change my actual MPG's much?

The stock electric sideview mirrors are a joke! Are there mirrors available that are bigger but still able to adjust from the controls on the drivers door? Some clamp on mirror extenders cam with the truck but they seem a little cheesy.
Here is my link about the pre-sale and pics.
Finally found the right one! Cherry 1996

If you calculated MPG based on the GPS, then it's accurate. If you calculated it based on the odometer, it's probably off by the same amount as the speedometer. 3 MPH at 60 is 5%.

There are no power towing mirrors. You can get the bigeffin' tow mirrors with the tripod legs, and the top bolt holes will match the ones for the nemo mirrors. If you get the "mid size" towing mirrors, with the bracket shaped like the number 7, the top hole spacing is different.

I love my electric nemo mirrors on my 97, and I feel the same about my manual mirrors on my dually, but one thing you could look into is the d-max mirrors, or the dodge mirrors, or sd mirros

Can anybody give a link for the tripod mirrors, where to buy?

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but here's a link to the older style tow mirrors that we carry.
