No start after warm

Hey whatcha think would cause this darned ol' oilburner to not wanna crank up after it's been warmed up, driven, and then shut off.
Just started this after I plugged in my TW chip.

I'm gettin' a feelin' it's my HPOP since sometimes if I put it on a hotter tune (i.e. race, or tow) it'll crank right up...

If I don't, it'll crank, run for a second or three at really low idles, then die. Sometimes it'll take 5-6 cranks before it straightens out.
