stalling problem

2000 80k miles... stalling for 1st time ever was driving then it turned off took a while to start up again not sure but i went over water bout 10 mis before this dont know if this was associated are there any relays that we need to check..... also when wet conditions odometer stops working and over drive light blinks.. then you drive a little then ok can anyone help..
