Unhappy e-fuel works great.... untill tank gets low

got my efuel system up and going, works great, untill my tank gets low, so heres my question, do the in-tank units on my truck have electric pumps on them? when one tank gets low i loose fuel pressure, so i change tanks and it takes a while before the pressure comes back up, truck runs like crap untill the pressure is back. any help is always appreciated!

No, just a fuel pickup foot/assembly.
Drop the tank and fix that foot. Or do a sump.
