Cost of paint job?

Whats a general ballpark pricing on getting my Regular cab long box painted. Will need new front fenders (I have one) and more then likely cab corners. Will be remaining factory colors. Bed does have rust starting under chrome wheel trim. I was quoted $2500 for metal repair (welding in new panel repairs) and paint. Is this a good price?

1997 Ford F-350 4x4 SRW regular cab manual trans.
-Rosewood 160cc, 17*HPOP, EPBV delete, 4.10s, 315/75r16

1996 Ford F-350 4x4 SRW CCLB manual trans. CALI spec

Great price to me. At my place here in So. Cal. I was quoted 3k just to do minor fixes and a spray on just the cab. And this is just the plain white.

that's a great price with a single plain color. i have yet to get m bill, but m estimate was 2600 just to repaint my truck white, fix some minor dings, dents, and a slight rust issue. I think it will be cheaper than that, but we'll see

2500 is a fair price by forum guessing and not seeing the damage in person. a paint job at our body shop for a fullsize truck starts at 2k and goes up depending on dents/dings/deep scratches/rust/previous paint condition/color/etc.

i just quoted a guy last week with a superduty crew cab long bed red with the clear peeling off all the tops of each panel 3500. no rust no dings, just clear coming off (requires stripping).

most people dont have ANY idea how much work it is to do an all-over paint job it is a major ordeal to do.

Thanks guys. No real body damage anywhere, truck is 2 tone. I've painted a tailgate, I will not be painting again. I color sanded and buffed it, I see all the little blems in it.
