I have a 95 5speed XL. What should I tune it up with.

If you haven't replaced the CPS, go ahead and do it. It made my truck run a lot better. Do all the filters and fluids. I like Motorcraft filters and Rotella oil. Add some fuel treatment with injector cleaning properties, like Diesel Kleen. Check out the FPR shim also. It will make the truck idle better.
