Turbo Rebuild / Swap Options and Opinions Poll

Now I need all of your wisdom. I am planning on getting a rebuilt turbo. So here's the reason and rub. My turbo has almost 270K on it so I figure that some seals and bearings are in order. It seems to work fine but.. I do not have the budget for the Mega double shot espresso blow a city over turbo no do I really think I need one. I pull a 5th wheel that weighs about 12K around the Colorado Mountains. I will be inter-cooled this summer and I do plan on a set of baby swamps next year. Chip, 4" exhaust, EBPV free pedestal, and Irate replacement up pipes round out the list of planned mods. Please participate in the poll or detail out what has worked for you keeping in mind how I use my truck.
