Core support

Alright i need some help from some other guys running 97 7.3l. My core support is shot and is beyond repair, i ordered a new one trusting the body shop i ordered it from and it turned out being for my truck but without air conditioning so it didnt sit deep enough for everything to fit. I need help finding one of these core supports that will fit my truck. if anybody knows anything please help me out.

I don't think they make them for our trucks anymore. Most guys try and find a rust free one from the south

is your hoop - the deep part that the radiator sits in - good? if it is you can combine the one from the body shop and your hoop to make one. otherwise they are discontinued

I have one in decent shape. The truck had an engine fire so there is some heat damage (missing paint and discoloration) but as best as I can tell, it's not warped. There are two small cracks in the top part of it on either side of the hood latch that could be easily welded up. Shipping might kill the deal but if you are interested let me know. Came from a 96 F350 7.3L with A/C.

My hole core support is shot even the hoop is toast and superduty4x4 how deep does the hoop go on the support you got because all the aftermarket ones stop about 8 inches to short for some reason mine sits way deeper to hold the bigger radiator and air condtioning condensor
