Unhappy 97 F350 keeps pulling cds p0269-272-281-284 HELP!!!

HELLO TO ALL! I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM. MY NAME IS JEFF AND I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF 2 OLDER 6.9'S AND I JUST ADDED THIS 97 7.3 TO MY COLLECTION. THAT IS WHERE MY PROBLEMS STARTED! I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK, RUNS GREAT, STARTS IN THE COLDEST OF WEATHER, SEEMS TO HAVE GOOD POWER BUT I AM ONLY GETTING 6 - 8 MILES PER GALLON. IT HAS 117000 MILES ON IT AND I JUST CHANGED AND PUT REBUILT INJECTORS IN IT AND IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE. I TOOK IT IN TO THE SHOP AND HAD A COMPRESSION TEST, ALL CYLINDERS ARE 380 LBS, CHANGED THE OIL AND ALL THE FILTERS, CHECKED THE FUEL PRESSURE, IT WAS AT 70 LBS. HAD THE VALVE TRAIN CHECKED- GOOD. PUSH RODS AND EVERYTHING CHECKS GOOD. KEEP PULLING 4 CODES AND THE SHOP CAN'T FIGURE WHATS WRONG. THE CODES ARE PO269, PO272, PO281 & PO284. I HAVE PULLED THESE FOUR INJECTORS AND REPLACED THEM FOR A SECOND TIME AND STILL NO CHANGE.
SHOP IS LOOKING THROUGH THE WIRING HARNESS FOR ANY BAD GROUNDS.
ANYBODY OUT THERE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!? DESPERATE!!!
