Need Help Finding A Truck

Hey guys I am looking for a truck and need your help. I have to have a truck that is ready to go down the road for less then $5,000.00

Ideally the truck would be a manual, srw, 4x4 with the crew cab. But honestly I am open to anything and everything. Simply looking for a solid 7.3 to pull our Racecar trailer. Standard cab, extended cab, crew cab, srw, drw, 2x4, 4x4. Just want a good clean dependable truck.

I am always up for a road trip but preferably nothing farther then 5 hours of driving distance from St. Louis.

Thanks in advance for the help!

To ask for a crew cab, with a stick, for under 5k is a lot to ask unless you want one that has a ton of miles on it. I wouldn't sell mine for less than $9k.

What do you guys think about this?

97 f350 7.3 diesel

It has 300k on it but the guy said it has new injectors, u joints, and carrier bearings. Said the truck has been his baby and the only reason he is selling it it because he had to have back surgery and it hurts him too much to push in the clutch.

^^^^ OK price for what it is. Rims would look hideous on any truck; doubly so on plain-jane white XL (?) truck. Bonus if the clutch/flywheel have been swapped out to a single-mass (pretty likely at those miles).

Best bet is check it out in person, but slightly higher than original stated $5k limit

Yeah the wheels are terrible! And unfortunately he doesn't have the stock wheels.

The list price is above my limit but he already said he would sell it for $4700

I will go take a look at it but i think he has the price that high to factor in his cost in what he spent on wheels and tires.
