1997 IFS to 2002 straight axle

Hello to all,

I'am the second owner of this great piece
of american steel. She's served me well and
now I want to give her a new look!!
My nephew and I have plans build a custom flatbed,
but before that phase we are putting 2002 F350
axles under her. Has anyone else done this that might
offer some pointers??

I sure would apprieate any input.

The superduty axles have 8 on 170 mm lug pattern and the obs has 8 on 6.5 I have 95Dana 60 sit by my shed I have to finish putting together to put under my 96 F250 so I havent pointers yet single wheel F350 superduty will probally have the Dana 50 and not the 60

You would be better off looking for a Dana 60 front axle with the bolt pattern to match yours. There are many on this site who have done this, wait for their responses.
