Need some buying advice??

Looking at a 94 F350 powerstroke manual transmission 4 door duelly. If the truck seems ok, and the guys asking 6750, would offering him 6000 be an insult??

185000 miles and the body looks in pretty good shape. I havent met with the guy just talked to him briefly. He has replaced alot of things already too. Sorry, I dont have much info yet, it just seems that every truck I have looked at so far at that price range has been junk. This one looks pretty good, everything Im looking for in a truck too, if its mechanically sound.

If it's a early powerstroke, I'd say that's about right. If it's the old IDI, I'd say it's high........I sold a '93 dually that was cherry about a year ago for $6,000, and it had 120k on the clock, diesel cc with 5-spd.
