Front end.

According to the Maintenance reports I got from the PO...this truck had front ball joints and tie rods done about 25,000 km ago.
Under "normal" conditions, how long will I need to go before having to re-do it...how do I check the front end for wear?

Note: I'll put on maybe 5 or 7k miles per year...very little 4x4 (if any at all) and maybe 300 miles of gravel road during this time.

97 F250 PSD...6637 Filter upgrade...3" Diamond Eye DP...DFuser EBPV eliminator...Improved "Blue" CPS...

Do you have the receipts for the ball joints? cheap-o ones will not last as long as a quality set...

I put cheapies on mine... all well...

Lots of variables: Brand of components, condition of roads, condition of most other front end components and alignments. Around my area in Michigan, front end parts do not last between the salt and potholes/ditches found on most paved areas.
