Biggest Tire on Stock Suspension

Im in need of new tires, the ones that were on my truck when i bought it are getting old. I currently have 265/75/16 but i think they just look too skinny so i want to go up to a 305mm but i feel like that would rub somewhere. I was just looking for some feedback from yall and wanted to know if anyone was running 285s or 305s. Thanks.

Space the bumper out or cut it a tad and you'll fit 305's

Gonna go 4" up front, and maybe 5 out back, planning to run 37 or 35" tires
