First mod, and a few to come...

Well, I performed the first real mod on this truck this afternoon. Took all of 20 minutes to do.

A simple "tymar" style open air filter setup. I used the WIX (46637) filter for it. I took it for a drive, and Im already addicted to the new whistle

Ive also got a downpipe and a set of gauges in a a-pillar pod on the way.

BTW, I love this truck!

i have the same truck you have pretty much and plan on doing the filter mod tommorow.i also will be putting a new fuel pump on at the same time.i did the bb mod on the fpr a couple of weeks ago and my fuel pump was already dripping fuel every once in a while but i guess that did it in.these trucks sure are fun.where did you order your downpipe and gauges from and how much did that set you back.
