will a 96 and up HPOP work on a 95 i know there diffrent also im guessing if that would work then also a super duty 17 degree one would work too any help appreciated thanks

Yes it will, The one one my truck is a 17* from a 2003.

im planning on doing the same setup with the hybrids and the 17 degree superduty HPOP what kind are you running im thinking about doing the rosewoods DIY

I just put a 17* pump on my early 99. There is a guy on eBay selling them for around $345 shipped. That’s the one I bought and it holds 2800 psi with my injectors. Also I found a couple internet sites that sell them for $350-$450.
