Turbo Intake

Does anyone know if the orange intake tube that goes from the cast aluminum portion of the intake assembly to the turbo is a dealer item only? The number on the part is 1820102C2. I was cleaning all the parts getting ready to start the DIY Tymar install and when I pulled it off the turbo the rubber was all cracked and coming apart. Any information would be appreciated.
