black tube blowin white smoke

on my '97 theres a black hose running from my engine back along the frame ending after the cab that puts out white smoke... it smells bad too.. i've talked to a few people about it they say it's a breather tube but don't know what for...anyone know? i'm just curious... it stinks pretty good LOL

Fumoto Oil Drain Valve

why does it stink so bad... like sulfur... i'm always getting accused of passing gas LOL

Its there to get rid of the crankcase pressure from the engine. So what you are smelling or everyone behind you is smelling is the gases or oil vapors from the engine

Yeah its supposed to be vented to the intake side of the turbo under stock applications so you don't smell the vapors with that application.
