Smoke under hood? Burning Oil?

When you pull of the flexable tube for the air intake before the turbo, inside the metal tube there is a small smoke stack looking thing facing you. That leads into a hose which connects to right below the air intake tube in the engine. There is smoke coming from this area where the hose and motor meet. I checked to see if it was tight and it is. Im pretty sure this is oil on the engine burning while the motor is hot. Anything to worry about?

Thanks
