P1661 DTC

Hi everybody,
Just wondering if anybody can give me a more detailed explanation about this code. My 97 powerstroke has been having an intermittent stalling problem for months. I had it at the dealer and they found this code. They told me to replace the cam sensor - -which I did. Still doing the same. It started out stalling very briefly while driving. Usually restarted before I even got my foot off the pedal. Occasionally stalls and restarts before I have even stopped on the side of the road. Twice left me on the side of the road for 5 to 45 minutes. Then on new years, after being parked all day, it wouldn't start at all. Tried on and off all day. Late that night, I unplugged the block heater and rolled it across the yard so that it could be towed. I tried again, and it fired right up. While it was not starting, I hooked up my scanner and got the P1661 code. While trying to find the problem a couple of months ago, I found that my brake pressure switch was leaking slightly and had run down the wiring bundle inside the loom, and had pooled inside the PCM plug. Have cleaned it thoroughly. Also replaced UVC wiring harnesses, gaskets, and hard shell connectors. Sorry for the long post. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
