18" Wheels on a 97 OBS?

How good would 18" wheels look on an 97 Crew/Long 4x4? I think a set of 325/60-18's on 18x10's might work.....that's assuming 18x10 wheels with an 8x6.5 bolt pattern would fit on my obs F350. Otherwise, if the 18x10's wouldn't fit then 17's would be the only way to go because 18" tires can't be mounted on anything less than 9.5" wide rims, from what I understand.
If I were to go with 17' wheels instead I was going to opt for 17x8 wheels and 305/70-17 tires.
