Down pipe question

Merry Christmas All,
Well I got a down pipe for Christmas. This is gonna be sweeeeet . My question is this do I need guages with a down pipe, or are those only necessary with other mods? Also I will ask here as well as in a new thread about mods install day here in Dallas.

Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!

Having the ability to monitor your truck is good for you and the truck.

Craig, On your truck, just install the downpipe and enjoy. Once you start adding more parts, you can add the gauges.

Quick hijack: Also, someone else in our area wanted parts installed in an old thread. I haven't heard anything.. so I started without everyone. Let me know in a PM if you put something together.

Here is my progress.

Sweet hood!!!! Will do on the possible mods day. To the others no mods other than what is listed in my signature. I have pretty much decide to go with Tony Wildman for the next big mod. Hopefully have that around March or so.

just a quick tip for the install of your dp. If your cut the factory dp from the top as close to the firewall as you can with a sawzall, it'll come out a lot easier. Also, if you have access to a porta power, recessing the firewall is a breeze and doesn't need cut like most directions say. Good luck with the install, you'll love the difference!!!
