1995 powerstroke constant starter grind, HELP!!!
I need some help yall, i have a 1995 ford f-350 with the first gen powerstroke and a zf5 speed trans. I just dropped the trans to replace the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing. Reason for changing it was i did not have a full clutch pedal so i changed it got it all back together and the starter grinds constantly. It did it every onece in a while before but now it is constant. What could be bad or misallighned? Thank you for reading all info is helpful.

Maybe a poor build on the flywheel you installed. Ring gear teeth not enough like factory??? Maybe as simple as bad starter. Weak solenoid.

This truck had a remanned tranny in it with the solid FW conv. I couldnt find a matching cluctch so i bought a vatozone kit and the flywheel when i compared the two looked alomost identical so im hopeing its nothing big.
