Some of the info is duplicated, but it should still be good info. Hopefully your 95 doesn't have the same configuration as the 94's since I can think of only one person that figured out a good way to do the bottom radiator hose (they are on different sides on the earlier trucks). I also can't seem to find the info on that one person's solution. As far as the filter goes, you can get coolant filter with various levels of SCA (including zero SCA, just a filter which I would choose to go with and then just monitor levels as one would normally do).
