used or rebuilt part sources?

this is a continuation of my won't start thread. went by the dealer ( where i bought the truck & where my friend retired from ) & talked to a couple of their diesel mechanics about the codes we got yesterday. code P1667 & P0344 are cam sensor codes & show up during prolonged cranking. the P1663 fuel command SIG output circuit is the injector drive module code. that's an $831.00 part. are these rebuildable? is there a good source for a rebuilt or used one?
