Correct. You're limited to the 80HP tunes. I've got 160cc injectors and a heavy tow tune, I would be very surprised if it had more HP then the stock tune. My truck is a dog in the heavy tow tune, I end up towing in stock tune.
I've pulled roughly 14k in the 65HP daily driver tune without issues. EGTs are managable while still going 65 up hills. It does get smokey with 160cc injectors, which is why I end up with the stock tune.
