Idle Problems

I noticed a new issue on my 94 PSD thursday night. When I pushed the clutch in to go around a corner, the idle fell lower than normal and then "bounced" back up just before it stalled. It was doing the same thing last night and then this morning. Once, this morning, I was just cresting a hill and popped it out of gear so I could coast to the bottom. It stalled, but promptly restarted. Does this sound like an issue with the IVS on the pedal?

Problem seems to be intermittent...no issues today when driving it. If anybody has any ideas, I'm all ears.

Could be a cps or icp starting to fail

I've noticed a little chop in the idle. I may change the CPS.
