Fluid Capacity? How do I change?

What is the fluid capacity of my 96 transfer case?
Maybe 2-3 quarts
What about the front differential, and how do I drain the old oil out of that crazy axle, is there a plug that I am missing? It probably holds 2 quarts of 80-90 gear oil as well

for the front axle (im assuming a F250 with TTB) just pump the old fluid out of the fill plug, then fill it back up until its level with the fill plug.
